Our virtual Christmas activity

Unlike previous years we have celebrated Assure UK’s 2020 achievements and rolled into our Christmas holidays virtually. Even though our Christmas activity would be different to previous years we felt it was important to come together as a team and have some fun.

The team received their gift wrapped package at the beginning of the week and we opened them together while on our video Microsoft Teams call, gingerbread house decorating kits! When thinking about what we could do as a team, bring a little festive spirit, and some healthy competition, we thought what better than a gingerbread house decorating contest.

Everyone has 30 minutes to create their gingerbread master piece with icing, sweets and one secret weapon they can add from their home to make it individual to them. Gingerbread houses were then displayed and judged with 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd place voted for by the team and the winners are……………

1^st place was George

2^nd place was Jade

3^rd place was Nash
